Very Passionate Students

The Aurora University literary organization, Elysian, is dedicated to creating a fun experience for students to publish creative writing, art, and photography pieces. Elysian welcomes quality short stories, one-act plays, poetry, photography, and artwork from all students, faculty, and alumni. Free speech is welcomed and encouraged, but the organization will not publish hate speech, thinly-veiled political statements, or gratuitous violence and pornography.

We pride our organization on the fact that all submissions we receive are reviewed and edited anonymously. Not only does this prevent any possible biases, this also allows us to ensure we pick the most exemplary pieces for the publication of each issue.
